To book an appointment with me please submit a completed tattoo inquiry form at any time. I usually respond to these weekly. If you haven’t gotten an email back in two weeks i may have missed it, please resend your form. I no longer book quarterly as i’ve done in the past. I go by the information on your booking form. If we’ve finished those ideas or they’ve changed please submit an updated form. Top priority is given to those with ongoing pieces, and those willing to allow me the most creative freedom.
